🔹 NH-44 (Jammu–Srinagar Highway)
Traffic not fully restored at Thard, Udhampur due to single-lane movement, breakdown of 6 HMVs, and movement of 17 nomadic flocks.
Very slow movement observed between Nashri–Dalwas and Marog–Kishtwari Pather.
➡️ Tomorrow (12-10-2025):
Only one-way traffic for LMVs from Jammu towards Srinagar (0700–1000 hrs from Nagrota).
No LMVs allowed from Srinagar to Jammu.
LMVs from Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban allowed only if they cross Nashri Tunnel before 1000 hrs.
Goods vehicles carrying perishables/livestock advised to follow official timing and route updates.
🔹 HMV Movement:
Due to nomadic movement and breakdowns, HMVs from Jammu side delayed.
Only stranded HMVs in Udhampur will move towards Srinagar.
HMVs from Gazigund towards Jammu allowed only after the up HMV tail crosses Kishtwari Pather.
🔹 Security Forces Convoy:
Advised to move only after confirming NH-44 status with TCU Ramban or Srinagar.

Kishtwar–Sinthan–Anantnag (NH-244): LMVs allowed both ways (0800–1500 hrs).
SSG Road: LMVs allowed from Minamarg to Kargil (1130–1700 hrs) and Drass to Sonamarg (0730–1100 hrs).
Mughal Road: LMVs/private cars allowed both sides between Behra Malla (Rajouri) and Herpora (Shopian) from 0600–1700 hrs. No HMVs beyond Herpora Naka.

⚠️ Not fully restored at Tharad, Udhampur.
Single-lane traffic, breakdown of 3 HMVs, and movement of nomadic flocks causing delays.
Goods carriers (HMV/LMV) carrying perishables/livestock advised to move cautiously due to poor road conditions at Tharad, Nashri–Dalwas, and Marog–Kishtwar Pathar.
Only one-way LMV traffic (Srinagar ➜ Jammu) permitted tomorrow, subject to weather.
LMVs from Jammu ➜ Srinagar not allowed on NH-44 tomorrow.
Navyug Tunnel (Qazigund side): LMVs from Srinagar ➜ Jammu allowed between 07:00–10:00 hrs.
Mughal Road: Open for LMVs both ways.

OPEN: Keylong–Darcha (NH-003), Keylong–Atal Tunnel, ATR–Manali (NH-003), Tandi–Udaipur, Udaipur–Tindi (Kadhu Nullah), Kaza–Lossar (NH-505), and Sumdo–Kaza (NH-505).

The highway has not been fully restored at Tharad, Udhampur.
Very slow movement observed due to single-lane traffic and breakdown of multiple HMV vehicles.
Goods carriers (HMV/LMV) carrying perishables are advised to load as per police instructions — heavy congestion reported at Tharad, Nashri–Dawlas, and Marog–Kishtwari Pathar.
Traffic Advisory: Only one-way traffic for LMVs from Jammu towards Srinagar, subject to weather and road conditions.
⏰ Timing: LMVs allowed from Nagrota (Jammu) between 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
❌ No LMV allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu.
🚛 HMVs/Load Carriers:

🔸 Traffic at Nigulsari is being regulated from each side in 30-minute intervals due to a narrow road stretch.
2️⃣ Powari to Kalpa (NH505A) – Open ✅
