Most routes are THROUGH, including Mandi–Kullu (Pandoh & Kataula), NH-154 to Joginder Nagar, Fourlane to Bilaspur, Rewalsar, Janjheli (LMVs from Kandha), Karsog, Dhami–Shimla, Rampur (LMVs), Dharampur–Sandhol, Sarkaghat–Dharampur, Aut–Balichowki & Kotli.
BLOCKED: Kamand–Prashar (snowfall), Slappar–Tattapani (landslide near Aahen NTPC Koldam), Janjheli–Karsog via Raigarh (snowfall), Janjheli–Chattri (snowfall).
Caution: Slippery stretches at Kandhi (Mandi–Kullu via Kataula) & near Rohanda (Mandi–Karsog).

Jammu–Srinagar NH-44 is advised for daytime travel only due to risks of shooting stones, landslides, ongoing construction between Ramban–Banihal, and frost formation near Nachlana–Navyug Tunnel after fresh snowfall. Subject to fair weather, LMVs, private cars, HPVs and HMVs (goods carriers) are allowed from both sides. Night travel should be avoided.
Key Closures:
Kishtwar–Sinthan–Anantnag (NH-244): Closed due to fresh snow
SSG Road (Srinagar–Sonamarg–Gumri): Closed due to fresh snow
Mughal Road: Closed due to fresh snow
Commuters are advised to maintain lane discipline to avoid congestion and confirm road status before travel.

Clearance of stranded vehicles is underway between Navyug Tunnel and Nashri Tunnel.
However, the following roads remain closed:

• Sinthan Road
